All guests must be up to date on vaccinations. All dogs must have record of RABIES, BORDETELLA, and DISTEMPER. All cats must have record of FELINE DISTEMPER and RABIES. All vaccinations must be given and recorded by a licensed veterinarian. Self-administered shot records will not be accepted. Owner Agrees to provide updated vaccinations records from your vet before boarding.
Difficult to handle pets will be charged an additional $15.00 per day.
If your pet is having multiple accidents inside the facility, we automatically give them an additional walks after 3 accidents. Extra walks are $5.00 apiece, depending on circumstance this could be one additional or two additional walks a day.
All guests will be checked for fleas at check in. There will be additional charge of $50.00 if your pet comes in with fleas. Charges include: flea bath and Capstar flea treatment, along with bathing charges.
Payment is expected for services at the time of checkout. Owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding in effect on the date Pet is checked into the Kennel as posted on the Kennel's website. Pets picked up before 12:00 noon will not be charged for the day. After noon the charges will be for the full boarding rate for that day. Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested. Owner agrees that the pet shall not leave the kennel until all charges are paid in full.
No pet may be abandoned. Owner agrees not to neglect to pick up their pet at the time he/she is scheduled to leave without providing notification. Any pet that is left without any contact, instruction or notification, of the ability, willingness or plans to pick him/her up will be considered abandoned after 3 days of such notification failure. Owner understands that if pet is abandoned We Hug’em and Tuck’em Inn will, by default, become the legal owner and guardian of the pet. I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IF I ABANDON MY DOG/CAT, I MAY BE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE POSSESSION OF MY DOG/CAT AND WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST WE HUG’EM AND TUCK’EM INN.
While reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent accidents, injuries, escape, fire, sickness, death. All animals are placed at We Hug'em & Tuck'em Inn at the sole risk of the owner. It is expressly agreed by the owner that the liability shall in no event exceed the lesser chattel value of a pet of the same species or the sum of $200.00 per pet. The owner further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts of pet while he/she is boarded at We Hug'em & Tuck'em Inn.
Due to the social nature of our Kennel, there are some inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: transfer of communicable diseases such as Canine Kennel Cough and Feline Upper Respiratory Infection. Injuries may include, but are not limited to: broken nails, sore feet, puncture wounds, abrasions and cuts. In some cases, veterinary care may be required.
If the pet becomes sick or injured, We Hug'em & Tuck'em Inn at its sole discretion may engage the services of a veterinarian. Owner agrees to pay for all costs of medications and veterinary services. Owner agrees to pay for all special services rendered by We Hug'em & Tuck'em Inn. Kennel shall attempt to contact Owner before incurring such veterinary services.
Owner specifically represents that their pet has not been exposed to rabies or any other contagious disease within the last 30 days.
We understand that things happen and reservations sometimes need to be canceled. We must receive at least 96 hours notice before scheduled stay, by email to wehugemandtuckem@yahoo.com. Fees may be applied if canceled after this time.
Holiday Bookings: We do require 25% of your stay as deposit, at time of booking. This payment will be refunded if reservation is canceled by email to wehugemandtuckem@yahoo.com. This must be at least 96 hours before scheduled stay. This applies to: New Year’s Day, Easter/Spring Break, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
